Children's Policy
For children under 2 years of age the hotel will provide a cradle upon request of the guest.
Children under 5 years old will be able to share the bed with their parents without any additional cost.
For children over 5 years old they will have to pay an additional fee per night.
Other Policies
Payments received in advance are non-refundable.
The promotions have a non-refundable policy and do notgenerate a refund to the guest.
In case of force majeure event the guest can’t show up for his reservation, he can make a change of date. (Contact the property to check availability and rates)
Reservations can be canceled without penalty if they are notified in writing an email to recepcion@hotelterasu.com at least 5 days before thearrival date.
Within 5 days prior to the arrival date, the total payment of the reservation will be made.
